The Nintendo Wii, the only console out there that makes you actually lose fat, uses a version of Opera for website browsing. However, regular web sites with their tiny fonts look rather small when viewed from afar. Not to mention the problems with using the Wiimote. Thus, many sites are introducing special versions made exclusively for browsing with the Wii. The latest Wii-focused site to launch was a special version of Google Reader; we trawled the interwebs for you and found sixteen more.

StumbleVideo, the recent video counterpart of the popular community browsing service StumbleUpon has taken great pride in its compatibility with the Wii.

A radio station for some music Wiistening with a very simple design. Actually, it only has one big button on the front page. We like that, no room for mistakes there.

Nice and simplistic frontend for YouTube videos, which are showing in a much bigger window than the standard one.
Wiicade
Playing flash games on the Internet using a console primarily intended to play games is so meta. The text is not huge on this one but it’s big enough to be readable with the Wii.
Clusty
A search engine with results in big, visible letters. Ideal for doing Wiisearch.
Google Reader
The most recent (and probably the most famous) addition to the family of Wii-enabled sites is Google’s RSS reader, which features bigger fonts and Wiimote support.

Mapwii is a Google Maps mashup which lets you find other Wii game friend codes numbers directly on the map. Even better, it’s designed (well, to some extent) with the Wii in mind. The actual numbers are sorted by country.

A Wiiptimized version of the Imeem website lets you play and search for music and videos, as well as browse through users’ playlists.
VidElectrix
A collection of six (actually, there are four at this moment, but two more are promised) flash-based games wrapped in a very simple interface. The games are very retro and will surely bring back memories of your trusty ZX Spectrum or Commodore 64.
